Overview

The bakery was set up and finalised in 2000. Early September 2000 we opened our doors and began selling fine organic bread's within Dorset and neighbouring counties.

Working out of a converted 18th Century coach house and stable with our purpose build wood fired brick oven; custom built to a traditional design.

All our products are traditionally hand made and organic (certified organic - without improvers,chemical additives or GM products) fully approved by the Soil Association

.Organic flour

Tom Hitchmough is the Master 'artisan' baker, creating various local, regional and European favourite's. He is supported by a team who are both professional and enthusiastic in what we make.

 

PRESS information and cuttings

Our bakery shop is open from 12.00 mid day until 6.00 pm Thursday & Friday and from 9:00am until 5:00pm on Saturday. If you are travelling far it's always good to telephone first. ( Please visit the CONTACTS page of this web site for press releases and information for the press and media).
